The brand incubation program, IDEA LAB 9: Thai Brand Incubation Program, is designed as an intensive mentorship program. in which lecturers or experts in branding and marketing provide in-depth advice to 15 selected potential Thai brand entrepreneurs (1-2 people per brand). The experts work closely with each entrepreneur to analyze strategic plans, identify brand strengths, and articulate compelling brand stories. This process helps establish a distinctive and memorable brand identity. Participants are guided to apply Design Thinking and Branding Strategy principles within their business processes, enabling them to develop new business models. along with developing unique brand and product strategic plans.
