Must be a legally registered juristic person engaged in international trade with the Department of Business Development (DBD), with Thai nationality shareholders holding not less than 51% of the total shares.

Must possess a good corporate image with no record of commercial disputes or trade misconduct, and no history of violating the rules, regulations, or codes of conduct for participating in the Department's domestic or international trade fairs.

Must not engage in intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement, and must have no intent to counterfeit or copy products and trademarks of other manufacturers.

Must hold an active membership with the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), such as E.L. / TDC / Pre-EL / Pre-TDC, or be a member of relevant trade organizations/associations, or currently be in the application process.

Must be a manufacturer or exporter of the products specified in Clause 5, and all such products must be manufactured in Thailand.

Must be registered with the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA Factory Registration), and the product manufacturing standards must fully comply with the relevant rules and regulations of the United States for that specific product category.
