Seminar Details : กิจกรรมบ่มเพาะเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพแบรนด์เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์ด้านการสร้างแบรนด์แบบเฉพาะราย และการต่อยอดสู่ตลาดโลก ภายใต้โครงการบ่มเพาะแบรนด์ไทย รุ่นที่ 7 (IDEA LAB 7 : Thai Brand Incubation Program) ระหว่าง 14 พฤษภาคม – กันยายน 2567 เป็นกิจกรรมที่วิทยากรหรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการสร้างแบรนด์และด้านการตลาดให้คำปรึกษาเชิงลึกแก่ผู้ประกอบการแบรนด์ไทยศักยภาพที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก 15 แบรนด์ โดยวิทยากรหรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้ประกอบการทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อวิเคราะห์แผนกลยุทธ์ รวมถึงการดึงจุดเด่นและเรื่องราวของแบรนด์ เพื่อสร้างอัตลักษณ์ให้เป็นที่รู้จักและจดจำมากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบและกลยุทธ์การสร้างแบรนด์ (Design Thinking & Branding Strategy) ในกระบวนการธุรกิจและสร้างโมเดลธุรกิจใหม่ พร้อมจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์การสร้างแบรนด์และสินค้าในรูปแบบเฉพาะ
